Dear guests, in order to make your stay in Hotel a pleasant experience, please follow the House Rules.

We kindly ask you to take the following information into account:
1. Only a person registered at the reception may use the accommodation facilities at the Hotel.
2. Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Please use the lobby or the restaurant for socializing and meetings.
3. Washing, drying and ironing clothing garments is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the Hotel laundry service for that purpose.
4. Do not smoke in an area where is easily to cause a fire, "NO Smoking in bed".
5. Zero tolerance for Drugs, The use and possession of prohibited drugs is a serious crime in our country. For this reason, prohibited & recreational drugs are absolutely not tolerated at our premises.
6. Ordering meals and drinks to be delivered from outside the Hotel is not permitted.
7. Please use the safety deposit boxes for money and valuables which are available free of charge at the Front Desk. The Hotel will not be liable for the loss or theft of valuables not put in safety deposit boxes.
8. Please vacate the room prior to 12:00 hours on the check out date. Staying in the room after 12:00 hours causes additional charge for stay.
9. Please inform the reception staff of a possible later check out before 10:00 hours on the check out date.
10. Please promptly report any malfunction or failure to the reception staff.
11. Please make sure you do not leave the water and electricity running when you leave the room.
12. All possible complaints by individual, agency or contract guest shall be taken into account only if reported during the stay. All later claims shall be rejected.
13. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for you to use while staying in the Hotel and are not to be taken out.
14. In case of damaging or losing your key-card during the time of your stay we will charge INR 1,500/- compensation.
15. Please note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or by fault of the person that you are responsible of and that you are obliged to pay for it.
16. Do not forget to return in your key at the reception when you leave.
17. We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behavior. We wish you a pleasant stay in our hotel.
